Check-in & check-out procedures

Check in time is from 14:00 hrs, and check out time is at or before 12: 00 noon. Extension of check out time is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:

• Check out until 18:00 hrs – 50% of agreement rate will be applied
• Check out after 18:00 hrs – 100% of agreement rate will be applied

Children policy

Accommodation is free of charge for maximum two children under 12 years old, sharing the parents’ room and utilizing existing bedding. An additional breakfast for child will be charged according as following:

• Free of charge on set menus or buffets for children under 6years old
• Surcharge of buffets and set menus for children from 6 years and 11.99 years old is equal to paid room rate

Extra bed

• The Resort policy permits maximum 01 (one) extra bed per room. Extra Bed includes the benefits of the paid Room Rate

Cancellation and No Show policy

• Between 14 days prior to guest’s arrival, 50% of total room revenue will be charged. Within 7 days before guest’s arrival date, full charge will be applied
• No-show and non-arrival to Resort, 100% of total room night booked and confirmed will be charge
